The first step to building your dream home begins with the Discovery Session.

The Discovery Session is a chance for you to sit down with one of our team members and tell us about your goals for your new home, as well as share any thoughts you may have about the process.

This session is an informal meeting that usually lasts around 1 hour, during which time our team member will ask you a series of questions to help us better understand what you are looking for in your new home. If necessary, we can also provide you with some additional information about the building process, and talk through any initial questions you may have.

This informal meeting is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other while providing you with an easy way of learning more about our company and what we can do for you. This is an opportunity to discuss your design ideas and financial plan with us so we can put together an initial proposal tailored specifically for you.
